Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original SUNLU packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics or filament, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
